Hi,

I'm trying to change the features that are displayed in an existing ArcGIS for windows Mobile application.

The original application had a definition query on the map layer that was published to a mobile service (published on our server).  I am simply changing the definition query.  After changing the query, the map service shows the changes, and the changes are correct when the project is opened in Mobile project center, but the changes are not reflected in the Mobile project for the user.

I have tried:

     - syncing the data

     - republishing the Mobile project

     - republishing the Mobile project under a new name.

     - deleting all projects from the device and downloading the new project.

We are using ArcGIS 10.2.2 and ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 10.1

Has anyone else run into this issue?

Any suggestions of what else I can try?

Thank you,

Elizabeth

ArcGIS Mobile doesn't support SQL queries, You may want to check on that!

Thank you for the reply, Pramod,

You're right in that ArcGIS for Windows mobile does not support SQL queries for labeling, but I am referring to a definition query on a layer within the published map service.

Have you tried removing then re adding service to your project? Have had this issue before and had to do this to get the updated schema.
