Error with ArcGIS for teams Pluggin, is not there and gives an error trying to add it again

Hello, 

I have copilot in arcgis for teams and also i have ArcGIS for teams installed.  it was working but for some reason the pluggin disappear.

And when I try to add it again it gives me an error " there was an issue adding it. Contact your IT Admin for Help.

Any idea?
