I???m trying to use ArcGIS Online Subscription web maps containing ArcGIS Online Subscription feature services in ArcGIS for Sharepoint 2.1.1 and I???ve run into some trouble.
I have a web map that is shared with Everyone and contains a feature service that is also shared with Everyone. I can add this to the ArcGIS Web Map Part in ArcGIS for SharePoint through the Map Center successfully. This is good.
I then have another Web Map that is shared with the Organization only and it contains a feature service that is shared with the Organization only. When I try to add it to the ArcGIS Web Map Part in ArcGIS for SharePoint it gives me this error.
It seems that ArcGIS for Sharepoint can???t handle the token security that is being used by ArcGIS Online. Has anyone got this to work before or know if this is a limitation to using ArcGIS for Sharepoint with ArcGIS Online?
I just wanted to follow up and let you know this is a known limitation of the current ArcGIS for SharePoint release. ArcGIS for SharePoint 2.1.1 was released prior to many of the recent updates to ArcGIS Online and Organization subscriptions. We are working to support these features in our next release.

I am still having this error. I've used my map and feature services in all sorts of other applications (collector, desktop, whatever) and so I know it's not permissions problem. Sharepoint just doesn't like it. Workaround???
This is a known limitation and we have it in our bug queue. Due to the architecture of the existing Silverlight-based map web part, we will be unable to address this issue for the upcoming v3.0 release in early July. Note that the July release will incorporate both the existing Silverlight-based map web part and a new JavaScript-based web part. The new JavaScript-based web part is designed to work directly with the ArcGIS Platform and therefore will support adding web maps with private (secure) services.
If you haven't already, you can apply to join the Beta program and see a preview of the new JavaScript-based web part (supported on both SharePoint 2010 and 2013 on-premises). The help documentation (DRAFT) is here.
Hope that helps,
Katy
