Issues encountered with the new ArcGSI map after the latest changes.

Hello,

A couple of months back I created this interactive map that would show the information on 2 levels of details, using a filed parameter: State level and Postal code level. Everything was working well,  but now, I noticed the State level is no longer showing anything and moreover, there are also issues with the Poscode one - either not showing anything at times or, not reacting with the visuals it was reacting with before. 
Could someone please offer support on this? Many thanks!
