I opened an old PBI report (just a few weeks old) and saw message "Your token has expired. Please sign in again". Problem is, I see no way to sign back in. How do I do that?

I very much understand your concerns, this issue has been a pain point for not only other users but for our team as well. Because of some infrastructure and environment limitations, we cannot sign in and out of the map while it has already been loaded. We are currently working to create a better experience for this issue within the User Profile pane you showed in the screengrab above.
For now, give this a try:
1. Create a new tab in your Power BI report
2. Add the ArcGIS for Power BI visual to the report
3. Log in using your credentials
4. Tab back to your page of interest

Have there been any updates on this? I'm still seeing the issue in v2023.2.187. I'm using the workaround for now.
