It would be tremendously useful to be able to use the location well when publishing an arcGIS map to web for purposes of embedding. (Currently publish to web must use lat/lon and can't contain "addresses or standard boundaries" within the location well or else it will fail the publishing validation check. For my org specifically, we need to publish a choropleth map of public county-level data, and it is the perfect solution within Desktop to have "County, State" in the Location well, but non-optimal when published since we have to use lat/lon instead.)
