We have a map associated with a slicer to show different dimensions of the data. When the user clicks a different option in the slicer, the map autozooms to the data extent. If the user has already zoomed into their area of interest, zooming all the way back out every time they make a new slicer selection is undesirable. The Azure maps in Power BI have an option to turn autozoom off, but it appears that ArcGIS currently does not.
