When I save, close and reopen my .dwg file, all the GIS layers previously added from our organisation's portal are gone and not listed in the contents pane anymore. The only layers that are still there are from ArcGIS Online.
Please create an Esri Technical Support case so they can gather more detailed information about this behavior. The Team that supports this product is the Enterprise-Ext team.
