Is there any update for when ArcGIS for AutoCAD Build 400 will be released? Is Build 400 the first version that will be compatible with AutoCAD 2020? Is there documentation somewhere that covers compatibility with AutoCAD versions?

Appreciate any help...

Hi Steve,

I can't say an exact date as its a bit of a moving target. I will say that the software is finalized and we are working on finishing up some other stuff that is needed for an official release. We are hoping we can get this out sometime in the next several weeks. If you are looking to download a preliminary version you can sign up for the Beta site here https://earlyadopter.esri.com/key/ArcGISforAutoCAD

ArcGIS for AutoCAD 400 is compatible with AutoCAD versions 2017-2020

the 370 version is not officially supported on the 2020 version but I know that it does work just fine as long as you netload the application. The launcher will not work.

The official help documentation will include compatibility notes.

Hi Randy,

I've downloaded the new ArcGIS for AutoCAD 400 and it appears the ability for adding ESRI base maps has been removed. Why? is this by design?
