I have a Wingtra drone, and we're processing a 500-hectare area in three missions. When we process the photos in SiteScan, the overlapping areas between missions experience shifts. We even managed to merge the three missions into one, and we have shifts between 15 cm and 1 m. When comparing the merged mission with the other mission, the offset in the photos is observed.
I'm using the CRTM05 proyected coordinate system, with the WGS84 datum. Another thing I noticed is that the metadata for the geotagged images in Wingtra Hub doesn't include the orientation angles, so I'd like to know what I can do to prevent this from happening. The Wingtra Hub geotagging report indicates that the geotagging accuracy is 2 cm.
