One user (Android phone) is unable to enter hyphens in string fields. He sometimes can't type them at all, or he can but they are removed after moving to the next question in the form. Other "special" characters work, like slashes.
There are no domains, the field character limits are ample.
Anybody encountered this? Have an idea why this would be happening.
