I am running into an issue with a web map in field maps where I am unable to create or edit features. The web map is using a feature layer view - editing is enabled on both the initial feature layer as well as the view. I can create features just fine in the map viewer but nothing shows up in the field maps app. This is a publicly shared feature layer and web map and the web map, feature layer and feature layer view are all set to allow public data collection - I am trying to test this while not logged in to see how the public will view and access it. It works just fine when I am logged in.
Any ideas as to what is going on? Does Fields Maps not allow for public data collection?

I found that editors of field maps must have an account/license.
To use maps enabled for editing in ArcGIS Field Maps, mobile workers must have a Mobile Worker, Creator, or GIS Professional user type in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. It is also available for the Editor user type with an add-on ArcGIS Collector license.

Thank you Kathleen! I appreciate the link as well, that is very helpful.
