Tile layer and map areas in AGOL

Hello everyone,

I am encountering an issue in AGOL regarding the creation of map areas. I published a tile package from ArcGIS Pro (version 3.4.3) using a TIFF raster. I created my map by adding the raster as a basemap, and then made it accessible offline. When I try to create map areas, it fails. I have done this before and it worked. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I tried using older tile layers that already exist in my organization, and the map areas work. So, the issue might be related to the generation from ArcGIS Pro?

Hi there,

we have some similar problems with the field maps app and offline areas.

Publishing the raster data as tpkx (in Arc GIS 3.2.2) and upload it to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 or 11.3 and then, make an tile layer service for offlline use leads to an failure by creating offline areas in the field maps app. The tile layer doesn't show up.

Same dataset published as tpk works as expected.
