I have built a FieldMaps application (collection feature service & associated data collection form) on our Enterprise Portal. I would like to share the application with an outside organization that has an AGOL license and would use the application to collect data for us.
I cannot find any information online that confirms if this is possible. I can see that using collaboration tools I can share the feature service, but I do not know if the form would also be shared.

This is something, that I have struggled with, but ours is a hybrid setup- but we also have custom roles- When the roles changed at this last renewal, it has made this aspect, harder to configure. Before I had outside users assigned a AGOL account, users could only see their items in their groups and whatever items we had shared with the world,(from the org), they could only edit and see the items shared in their group.
But if you then need the person to be able to export data, they need to be a creator- just to export a csv ..or excel. This is on my list to figure out---What combination of User type with what Role works to do what we are trying to achieve, while using the User types/Roles we have available now that the pro lisense is attached to a user type
