Search for multiple field values in Field Maps

Can I find a record in the Field Map Mobile App that has values in 2 Fields?

Example Attributes of Layer:
Prefix Number         Number            Field1          Field2        Field3
    123             4545454545          value1          value1        value1

I want to search for 1234545454545 and return the record above from Field Maps Mobile Application.

Can this be done... I see where in the Web Map Settings where I can set the fields that can be found in addition to the geocoder.... 

BUT I cannot see how to search for multiple fields at the SAME TIME.  It only searches one field... I can add additional fields to search on but not at the same time in a concatenated form

I ALSO do not see the ability to find a record based on an Expression that concatenates two fields. In my web map I created an expression to display PrefixNumber and Number in the popup.... I assume I cannot find on the expression?

If you checked out the new layer filtering?  This may work for you.

I went back into the data and concatenated the two fields into one... simple is better...
