Radio button values do not show in browser

Why would the radio button values on a form disappear if editing is selected from the web browser in map viewer?  The first feature selected always shows the radio button's values, but if I move to another feature all the values disappear. Then, if I go back to the original one that showed the values it does not show after another is selected.  I know they are there, because I've checked data and also because when I select the buttons, I do not get the update feature option unless I change something.

I realize the form is designed for the app, but shouldn't you still be able to see the values when editing on the browser.  The values show with no issues on the app. Is this a bug?

This is a visual bug where it doesn't show the existing data on radio buttons after the first feature is edited/opened - I reported it as well, but it is still not fixed:
