"Track Up" in Field Maps is causing the application to crash when driving

When my cilent turns on the "Track Up" mode in field maps to adjust the map heading so that the top of the map is always facing the same direction as the device, it crashes as soon as they start driving.

Has anyone else had this issue and do you have any solutions?

Hi @KaraUtter2 , I assume you are referring to compass mode in Field Maps where you tap the GPS icon and the map will adjust to your heading? Are featuring being collected when this occurs or is the map just open? Or are they using Location Sharing/Tracking? Thanks

Hi @ColinLawrence they are just driving and viewing themselves a blue dot. They are not collected data at that time.

What is the device they are using where this happens? Also what operating system and version is the device running? Does this happen with any map open or just in a specific map? Happy to investigate further with these details.
