The "Enable Offline Mode" for one of our webmaps toggles itself off nightly, and I can't make any sense of it.
Over this past weekend, someone who helps me with some of the GIS work had the webmap in question open in the AGOL environment and was creating new features in the map. I glass of water was accidently spilt on her laptop's keyboard, and she said the screen popped up with a bunch of boxes with code and the right side of the keyboard became dysfunctional. She immediately turned the laptop off.
I'm assuming whatever is happening with the offline toggle switch is related to this, as it was fine beforehand.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm really hoping not to have to re-create the map itself.
Cheers,
Marc
Do you have any nightly scripts or updates to the data?
If you look in the Offline tab of Field Maps Designer, does it show any messages there that might give you a hint?
Above pic is example of HFS that was overwritten and sync not re-enabled, so disables offline capabilities.

Thanks for the reply!
I don't see anything suspicious:
Thanks again,
