Point data not appearing after submitting when photo is taken

Question

When a photo is taken on a point, the point will submit but will not appear on our web map or within the feature layer as if the point was never submitted. This only occurs when the users trying to attach a photo during the initial submission of the point. Users are able to attach a photo after the point is submitted with no issue. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

You could try changing the photo upload size in Field Maps Designer to small, save, reload the map in FM app and re-test.

Might tell you if it is an issue with file size.  For some reason, two of my FM maps 'changed' the setting on their own (actually, the setting was still set to small, but they started saving actual size).  Changing it, saving it, changing it back again fixed that for me.
