Labelling in Field Maps

Hi Everyone,

I'm really hoping someone can help me with the challenge I'm experiencing.

I have made a map in ArcGIS Pro which I have packaged into an mmpk for use in Field Maps.

When I open the map in Field Maps on my Android, the road name labels don't appear until I zoom in quite a bit, and the point labels are not stacking as they are in ArcGIS Pro.

My map is highlighting a route between two locations, and because mmpk files don't seem to allow for scale-based sizing, I have designed the route at four difference scales:

1:24,000 (visible up to 1:10,000)

1:10:000 (visible between 1:10,000 and 1:5,000)

1:5,000 (visible between 1:5,000 and 1:1,250)

1:1,250 (visible from 1:1250)

Each of these layers are then labelled accordingly.

The labelling behaves the way I want it to when viewing it in ArcGIS Pro, so I am wondering if there are any limitations to labelling in Field Maps that may be the cause for what I am seeing.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Erin

Field Maps doesn't support Maplex Labelling, so you'll need to make sure that's turned off in pro and then configure from there. Also, labelling in AGOL and FM supports visibility scaling, so check that the Vis scales are correct.
