I am currently an intern doing a summer project that I will not be able to complete in my remaining time at this organization. My knowledge of ArcGIS and its software is limited, but enough to accomplish what I need to do.
My issue: This project is to be continued by next year's interns. I created a feature layer through Field Maps Designer with two layers, Sites and Species. In the species layer, I have a combo box with a list of 60 species. It is likely that the future interns will have more species to document and thus will need to edit the list of species. When I shared this Feature Layer with a colleague, we were unable to find any way for them to add to the list of species. They were only able to add points to a map using the currently available list of species. I know of two ways I can add to this list: Entering Field Maps Designer and editing the list in the combo box OR accessing the layer in Content then Data, and editing the List of Values (Domain) in the fields tab. Is there any way to collaborate and allow future interns to edit the list of possible species?
