Include in the form developed with field maps a mandatory photo taken for one or more questions

Hello,

I am developing a form with Field Maps Designer.
For certain questions, I would like to make it obligatory to take a photo in the field.
I created a BLOB photo field, but it did not appear on Designer. Do you know how I can do this?
