I have a TIFF that I uploaded to my Enterprise Portal as a tile layer. When I add it to the web map used in Field Maps, everything works fine, and it displays correctly online. However, when I try to download the map for offline use, an error occurs. I've identified that the issue is with the TIFF layer, since I have other tile layers in the same web map that download offline without any problems. The error is likely related to the way this tile was published.
In my case, the TIFF is already compressed, all layers are enabled for offline use, and during the publishing process I also allow clients to download the tiles. Even so, the error persists. Can you help me?
