We are using Field Maps on Samsung Active Tab2 Android devices. We are primarily updating existing point attribute data (occasionally updating the location of a point) and attaching photos to each point. We have noticed that when we take a map offline and try to use the "Edit Multiple" function to update an attribute for several points at once, that as soon as we submit the edits - all of the values in all of the text fields in the form are erased. Our attachments seem to be erased as well.
We do not have conditional visibility set on those text fields, but they were set as required fields using the Field Maps Web app.
We've tried to reproduce the problem with an iOS device but are not able to.
Is it possible we missed something in our web map configuration or the form configuration?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Hello Sarah,
Thanks very much for your question. It does not sound like you missed anything in your configuration. I was wondering what version of Android you are using?
Regards,
Alix
Hi Alix,
Thank you for the reply. It looks like the tablet is running Android version 9. Here is a screenshot of the rest of the details:

Hi Sarah,
I cannot reproduce your issue on my Samsung Active Tab 2 with Android 9 so I suspect it is an issue with your map or data. I was wondering if you would be able to share a map with me on ArcGIS Online with the user arcgisfieldmaps?
Thanks very much,
Alix
