Export local tracks from Field Maps App

Question

Hi,

Is it possible to get the local tracks from an Android tablet? Some sort of export function?

We are experiencing issues in the upload mechanisem of the tracks, possibly due to a switch from ADFS to  Azure AD. Some users are unable to upload tracks anymore and are also unable to sign out, because the local tracks won't  upload. The workarround is to reinstall the app, but this results in the loss of data.

If you plug the tablet into a computer you can transfer files from it. The mobile geodatabase will be in Android -> Data -> com.esri.fieldmaps -> files -> {User-Org} -> tracker.geodatabase.

You should be able to open this geodatabase in ArcGIS Pro.
