Error deleting features - fieldmaps

Hello! I'm having an issue where I'm able to create features in my feature class but I can't delete features. The settings are set so that I should be able to delete.

The error message is: "Edits could not be saved: Database error has occurred.".

The feature class was set up in pro, fields were added through fieldmaps forms and I've tried to delete in pro, field map app and webmap browser (both classic and normal) but none of them work. I'm not sure what I've done!

Hey @StephanieDab 

The editing capability may have been disabled on the Pro side, or you may be incidentally editing the Map Image Layer, which cannot normally be modified as normal layers can. Would it be possible to attempt to reupload the map and ensure that the "feature" button is clicked, I would try that first! Do you have any other maps with database connections as well, if so, try to give those a shot and see if you can edit. Your database may have fallen into Read Only mode, which can be diagnosed here:  https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/data-store-utility-reference.htm
