Hi - We use Field Maps App to monitor wetlands and shoreline structures. Users create polygons to identify low marsh and high marsh area associated with a structure. These polygons are adjacent and realistically the boundaries should touch but they should remain independent polygons. How can polygons be drawn in Field Maps App to prevent overlap and gaps between them as in polygons in the below picture? Thank you!
Turning on snapping might reduce some of the overlap and gaps but won't completely reduce it unless the user took the time to snap to every neighboring vertex. This setting can be turned on in Field Maps Designer.
App Settings > Collection > Snapping
It can also be turned on from the app itself.
