Hello, I have a map with two related point feature layers: Gas Leak (Parent) and Red Tag (Child). When creating a NEW gas leak in the map, there is a field that asks if the meter is red tagged. If not, then nothing should happen. But if it is red tagged, I would like the map to create a new point in the Red Tag layer right next to the parent gas leak. I assume this can be done with a Jupyter notebook, but I only really have experience with Arcade in the calculated expressions section of field maps designer. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to accomplish this? I have been trying to find a Jupyter Notebook project to get my feet wet, as I have no idea how they work, and the sample notebooks in ESRI seem pretty advanced.
