Can schedule a time automatically or remind the users to share their locations in ArcGIS Field Maps

Not sure if you can do that but you can make a map only accessible once users are sharing their location. This way it can't be forgotten.

At this time you can not schedule turning on location sharing or a reminder in Field Maps.  This is a feature that we are considering adding (but it is not planned for a release at this time) and any information your can share on how you would like to use this feature would be helpful.  Things like who would you want to be setting the scheduled reminder times?  Every individual user on their own device for themselves or a "project manger" in the office?  All users have the same schedule or different? What happens when schedules change?

For options to try now.  One options would be to use the Location sharing required setting as AdamT suggested above.  Another option depending on your workflow/requirements could be to use geofencing to turn on location sharing or notify the user to turn it on as they approach certain areas.
