Hello GIS friends,

I'm trying to open Field Maps app on an android phone and when I sign in I get this error.

No available apps
There are no apps currently configured on this device that your organization allows to open this content. Please ensure you are signed in with your work or school account to your managed apps or contact your organization's support team.

However, I'm able to sign in from other devices using the same credentials.

I did a few things but I'm still not having luck.

Cleared cache on the phone
uninstalled - reinstalled Field Maps
Checked for software updates on the phone

Please help.

Thank you,
Abi

Hello All ,

I also encountered same issue on my Android device. Able to login into ArcGIS Online with Chrome default browser however when I set Edge as default browser  ended up with same issue.  Any findings.

@ColinLawrence  , I can reproduce on my device . Please let me know if any details required.

@AparnaSunki  @ColinLawrence - I would change the default browser to sign in then. Colin's resolution worked for me.
