With the ArcGIS Field Maps 25.2.0 release, all existing offline areas have disappeared. It's likely because in the old version the offline areas were stored under: android/data/com.esri.fieldmaps/files/user@organisation_portalname, but in the new version they're now stored under android/data/com.esri.fieldmaps/files/user@organisation-portalname. (Hyphen instead of underscore) This is bad, very bad indeed... I can't expect hundreds of field workers to manually copy the data over. Will this stay like this or will it be changed back? How should I proceed?

Hi @CeBe ,

This is a known issue with the recent release that we are working on.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration this is causing. We understand that it’s affecting multiple users and disrupting daily workflows.

A possible workaround involves renaming the ArcGIS Field Maps directory on an affected device from the _portal to -portal naming pattern.

Example: [username]_portal to [username]-portal

If you haven't already done so, I strongly encourage you to reach out to Esri Technical Support, or your local distributor if you are outside of the United States.

Thanks @CeBe for posting this.  What type and operating system android devices are you leveraging?  Curious if this is platform specific or will this hit all android devices?  I am part of an agency that uses a mix of devices.

We are using from Android 12 to Android 16. Many different devices, all are effected.
