In Android I have the possibility (in the developer Settings) to activate TCP/IP to connect my GPS receiver. In iOS I miss this setting. It would be very handy to connect a external GPS Receiver. For a bluetooth connection a external GPS Receiver needs a MFI Certification for iOS. With the TCP/IP connection I can connect more and cheaper GPS Receiver. An additional benefit is the higher range. I can get GNSS Data from a webreceiver and and track and measure from distance.

From the workflow I want to start Field Maps, add a GNSS Receiver and have the option, to choose from Bluetooth or TCP/IP. If I choose TCP/IP I enter the IP and get my data. In Android it is possible. iOS is missing it.
