Can we please have the ability to enable task capabilities on non-tasks layers? Specifically:
- Layout configuration
- Buttons
- Filters
We have a map that does not use Tasks that is still stuck in the pre 25.2.0 era of using html based arcade buttons, form-only editing experience, and poor filtering options.
Tasks currently cannot be enabled on more than one layer.
We also do not want the Task list due to performance issues. I understand it renders all the arcade expressions in the pop-up. This makes the task UI functionality unavailable for higher volumes of features or complex pop-ups that otherwise perform well in the Field Maps app. We've had to turn it off for the Tasks enabled layer on a map where users are creating and reviewing task features.
Having the ability to add the UI experience without the Tasks list and notifications, or on layers not enabled for tasks, would be immensely beneficial to our workflows.
