Add the ability to set the edit capabilities for a layer in Field Maps Designer

Can there be a way to set the editing capabilities for a layer in Field Maps Designer? For example: Add, Delete, or only Edit Attributes. I know you can set this on the feature layer, but I do not own the layer and cannot make a view to set these permissions. This would be similar to the functionality in Experience Builder where you can set those specific editing capabilities in the Edit Widget. I really just want to disable deleting features in Field Maps, but adding all the options would make more sense.

Yes, we need this! There are certain maps shared with groups that shouldn't be able to delete; however, to make this happen I would have to publish a duplicate service with those options set. Would be so much simpler and cleaner to just handle this at the map level.
