How to delegate Authentication of ARCGIS to Third party like Oracle Access Manager

We are looking for single-sign-on of ArcGIS module with Enterprise applications using Oracle access manager.

Please confirm if we can delegate authentication capability of ARCGIS to Oracle Access Manager for Single-Sign-on.
