Security of ArcGIS Explorer Configuration File

Dear All,

             I have created a ArcGIS Explorer Configuration .ncfg file and i have published that file in IIS web server. How can i protect the file so that file is not downloadable by other users. bcoz if user download that file  then using arcgis explorer configuration manager user is able to check off all the security parameters.

I have checked in IIS 7 and IIS 6 and, since I don't have a MIME type defined for that file extension, .ncfg files are not being served.

If that file is being served, you may wish to look into the document types you have defined and request filtering.
