Rater data field issue in LPK file

I am facing a problem as the image present in the lpk file is not displayed in Arcgis explorer but when i try to open in arcgis destop v10 it is displayed in the datagrid table.At the same time if i try to open the feature layer from GDB from which lpk file is created into the explorer the image is displayed in the map tip.Thank you in advance.
