Hi,
I have the latest ArcGIS Desktop build on my laptop and have checked that it can run the program. No problems.
I'm able to log-in to my ESRI account and view a webmap that I created under 'my content', however this won't display in Desktop. All I get is the basemap and none of the data.
I've tried all the simple things, but I'm fairly new to the Explorer packages. Can this be fixed?
The webmap is called SBC HER Test if you want to have a look. I've shared it for this purpose.
