I'm not sure about the SDK but 1500 requires that 1200 is uninstalled first. The install of 1500 will prompt you and take care of it for you!
Thank Mark. I will answer my own question after testing. Both build 1500 and New SDK are required for uninstall the previous version. However, the installation package of build 1500 and New SDK will automatically take care of everything.
