How to print with less margins?

Is there anyway to reduce the size of the margins that take over the print map option?  I go to print a simple map in ArcGIS Explorer Desktop and the margins it gives are over 2" on both the top and bottom when printing in landscape or portrait.  It ends up being a map with mostly white space.   Any tricks to settings I can change to get to fill a legal size page better?

This is frustrating to our users as well.  It would also be great to see the note and all popup query's be printed as shown as well.  The way we get around this is to use our "print screen" tool and "select area" feature.  It is a bit more confusing for users but until the ESRI Team is able to make the printing options a bit more robust, this is all we can do.
