How to Add FeatureService to ArcGIS Explorer

How can you add a FeatureService to ArcGIS Explorer either programmatically (preferred) or even manually?
Is this even possible in any of the released versions of AGX?

Not now, but in the future.

ArcGIS Explorer 2012 and prior will not support feature services.  Feature services will be supported in the 2013 releases.
