Build 1500: Find, Route, and Directions Return "No Results Found"

Hi.  Our enterprise is using AGX build 1500 and we noticed a bit ago that the Find, Route, and Directions functions no longer work.  They all return a "No Results Found" message.  I know there were changes to esri's related services at the end of last year, but am surprised that existing functionality would break. 

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue?  I don't know where to look.

I see you are asking about ArcGIS Explorer 1500, but the same issue and solution was discussed for 1750 in this item.

I suspect that this affects 1500 the same way.
