When I run the "Can you run it program" I get the following recommendation.  However, it says I have the minimum, but I don't quite understand the results.  I have what it says I need in a graphics/video card.  I have updated to the newest driver available, but I still get the same message.

Video Card
Recommended: 256 MB video card with Pixel & Vertex Shader 3.0

You Have: Quadro FX 3500

Upgrade Suggested: Unfortunately, your Video Card does not meet this requirement. Click here to see some recommendations.

Features: Recommended attributes of your Video Card

                                         Required             You Have
Video RAM:                         256 MB                706.0 MB
  Hardware T&L:                       Yes                     Yes
  Pixel Shader version:               3.0                     3.0
  Vertex Shader version:             3.0                     3.0

I also attached a screen shot of the results.  Thanks in advance for any advice.

Are you able to run ArcGIS Explorer? Any issues?

The reason this message might appear is that at lab tests this specific card was subpar to others for AGX tasks.

I can run ArcGIS Explorer, but I do have several issues.

1.  It takes 1 to 6 minutes to open at times.  I can go and clear out the cache and that helps, but it doesn't take long for it to take longer and longer each time I open it.

2.  I get the critical error message every time I close the program. "ArcGIS Explorer has encountered a serious application error and is unable to continue." It still saves everything, but I get the message every time.

3.  Whenever I try to "add" an add-in through ArcGIS Explorer I get the same message from #2.

My goal is to implement this in my division...around 30 to 40 people...and I want to get most of the kinks worked out before I do.  Most are not very computer savvy, so clearing caches and getting serious application errors often will not be a good thing.
