I am using ArcGIS Explorer Desktop. I am trying to add a layer for street addresses for doctor's offices and hospitals. I don't think I have the information as long/lat coordinates, so I will most likely need to add the information in a spreadsheet, starting with Excel.
I am new to the Desktop version, and would appreciate any guidance you can offer! Thank you.
If you have the information in a delimited text file or excel spreadsheet you can use Add Content - Text file. The points can be placed by Longituded and Latitude coordinates or by Address matching.
