When configuring the Daylight tool in ArcGIS Online Experience Builder, there is no option to set the date to current. It seems to default to March 15 2021.

Where as the Shadowcast tool is always loaded with the current date as default.

Can someone help me with setting the Daylight tool, or explain why there is this inconsistency?

Hi @RossFindlayCOC ,

Thanks for your feedback!
Experience Builder by default honors the scene. So the default date show in the Daylight tool of 3D Toolbox is the date you saved with the scene.

When you editing the scene in Scene viewer, you can open the Daylight tool from scene viewer, select a date and save the scene. Then ExB can honor the date.

In future, we may consider to support an option in the widget to customize the default date.

Thanks,
Wei
