I am using ArcGIS Experience Builder on AGOL to edit a feature service stored on ArcGIS Enterprise. When I go to add an attachment, after I click Add, I get an error "Saying something went wrong. Error adding attachment. Please try again". If I click OK and go check that feature, that attachment was indeed added. It's good that the edit widget is adding the attachment, but the error is confusing staff trying to use it.
Hi @taylorrobinfemadhsgovRobin , if you try making these same edits and adding the attachment using the Editor widget directly within the web map (using the new Map Viewer), are you also seeing this issue?
I am experiencing the same issues too in Enterprise 10.9.1. I tried your suggestion of adding the attachment in the Editor widget within Map Viewer and ran into the same issue. However, when I switched back to Map Viewer Classic and added the attachment there I got no errors.
Hi @AlixVezina, apologies for highjacking the thread. I'm also having this issue where adding attachments seems to fail but they end up showing up. The same error does not show up using Map Viewer. Has a workaround been found? Cheers!
I'm not sure what would be causing this issue. I think the best course of action would be to reach out to Esri Support so they can help narrow down the issue and log a bug for the product team. We apologize for the inconvenience!
