Is there a way List Attributes from Multiple Layers in a single widget or form?

I am looking for a way to list attributes from multiple layers (not a related table) into a single widget or form in my ExB application. I have looked at the list widget itself, using feature report forms, and forms via editor but I am not sure that I can do more than access related tables. 

Is there any way within the system or with a custom tool I could possibly get attributes from multiple layers into a single list or form in an Experience Builder Application?

Hi @DonavanSnow , have you tried using a joined hosted feature layer view?

Another option to explore if you need to join more than 2 layers, would be ArcGIS Data Pipelines.
