Is it possible to configure the Swipe widget in a way that all layers are UNchecked by default?

In my ExB app, I want users to be able to select any of ten layers when using the Swipe widget, either as leading or trailing layers.

When opening the Swipe tool, I have two layers greyed out, and all the others checked by default. I want to solve two issues:

* Why are layers greyed out?
* Is it possible to configure the Swipe widget in a way that all layers are UNchecked by default? It would enable users to compare the desired layers effortlessly by selecting only two, rather than having to uncheck multiple layers that are not relevant.

There's a not-that-good workaround:

1. turn off all layers' visibility in Data panel.

2. turn off "Allow deactivating layers" in Swipe setting.

3. turn on "Toggle layer visibility" in Swipe setting.

Then the layers are default invisible, and you can toggle them one by one.
