Hello,

I am trying to re-create the About widget from Web App Builder within Experience Builder utilizing a text widget.

I need to input a table within the widget. When I originally paste the table from a Word Document, the table is rendered in fine. As shown below in the first image. However, when I stop editing the text widget and click off it. The table is then just HTML formatting text, shown in the second image. When viewing the Experience Builder application after publishing, the HTML is not rendered as a table and is just formatted text. Why is this happening?

I came across a similar post today by Zach Bodenner: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-experience-builder-questions/arcade-in-experience-builder-table...

Shengdi Zhang from Esri advised that the table tag is not supported by the text widget in ExB.

Not sure about your particular use-case, but I have had success previously using the Dashboards platform, adding a table widget to the page, and using a data expression as the data source so I could set my own values.

Okay thank you I appreciate that. I will make sure to try that out.

Definitely something that they should fix because what a pain to have to make a dashboard just to have a table not linked to data in an experience builder.
