Enable scroll for Feature Info widget within a column widget

Is it possible to enable scroll on a feature info widget that is within a column widget? The column widget is within a row (Block) as shown below:

I'm using the Place Explorer template in ArcGIS Online:

As you can see, the popup info is cut off at the bottom, even though in the Column setting scroll is enabled.
